We can deliver a service to the lenders and borrowers/developers that they can’t get anywhere else as we are a self contained, multi-disciplined (architecture, engineering, development, and operations) organization that can look at the asset and figure out, from a development or operational perspective, to position the asset for sale or re-structure.
